Medical Coordination
As clinical hypnotherapists, we work in close cooperation with your medical team. A written authorization from your physician is required prior to initiating work on diagnosed conditions. Your continued progress and sessions program are monitored by your medical team. This enables us to provide you with optimal results.
Cancellation Policy
Because our rooms and our times are reserved for you, a 48-hour advance notification is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Once your appointment is booked and reserved, a 50% service charge will apply to appointments cancelled within less than 48 hours. Same-day cancellations and skipped visits are charged a one hour fee. Complimentary consultations cancelled, skipped or rescheduled within less than 48 hours are considered redeemed.
Punctuality
If you have not already filled our new client intake form, please arrive 15-20 minutes early to your initial consultation to allow stress-free check in, paperwork completion and a little decompression time with one of our delicious bererages in our comfortable lounges. Please note your session time begins at the hour at which you were scheduled.
Check Policy
There will be a $35 charge applied to your account for any check returned for non-sufficient funds.

Clinical Hypnotherapy Rates
Personalized, one-on-one consultations and sessions are available in our center in Lake Oswego, Oregon, as well as wherever you are in the world, whether in person or remotely.
Payments are due at the time of your scheduled appointment. We currently accept checks or cash in the office.
Our office fees are $105 per hour. This includes depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, PTSD, habit modification, procrastination, performance, motivation, phobias, weight control, exams, etc. The hourly rate covers personalized consultations, pre-sessions, discussions of your individual situation, goals and targets, actual hypnosis time and post-sessions.
Initial Consultation
We offer a complimentary 30-minute initial consultation to first-time clients to discuss your goals and answer your questions. Our mutual commitment to achieve your goals helps ensuring our success. Initial consultations extending beyond the complimentary 30 minutes are billed at the regular office rate of $105 per hour.
On Site Services
We consult in person worldwide to meet your needs. Travel and accommodations expenses to your location are additional. Contact us directly to obtain a quote tailored to your team's specific needs.
